What locations do you cover?

We provide our communications video services for the UK and Europe (including London). We also have video production capabilities in other parts of the world using our trusted network of production partners. These include New York, Boston, Bahrain, Singapore, Dubai and Denmark.

Are you able to create graphics and animations for our video?

Yes we often do this as part of projects as video projects commonly require titles screens, name badges and credit screen as well as other overlaid or full screen graphics and animations. You can find out more on our animation services page.

What sort of projects do you undertake?

Popular formats include; pieces to camera (indoors or outdoors), two person seated interviews and presentations. Most projects are recorded but we are able to provide a live feed for either broadcast or remote approval.

What equipment do you use?

We carry all the equipment needed for the majority of the work that we undertake. This means that there are no external hire charges or return deadlines to worry about. This includes professional Sony/Canon cameras, portable LED lighting, all the required sound equipment and lots more.

Will you help us prepare for being filmed?

Of course! We will happily arrange a call or meeting to go through the details, offer and advice and answer any questions you may have. We can also provide a schedule and to-do lists for anyone who needs them.

Can you coach our presenters?

Yes we can. We have worked with lots of presenters and interviewees over the years and have plenty of tricks and tips as well as timely words of encouragement. Some of the people we have filmed are first timers so we have lots of experience on how to put people at ease.

How long does it take to complete the editing?

This will depend on a number of factors but on average we have a draft edit within one to two weeks, often sooner if our schedule allows.

Will we own and have a copy of the raw footage?

Yes you will own all the footage we capture as part of your project. If you would like a copy, there are various options available to you. The actual footage that comes out of each camera consists of a number of very large files which will need the appropriate specification of computer and software to open and use. Often what people actually need is a copy of all the footage that have been converted to smaller files and is in a more usable format. Raw camera files would normally be provided in a new hard disk and converted files are normally provided via a download. We can discuss your exact needs and provide an estimate of the costs for whichever option you require.
